Adam was over and beyond helpful. He did a very professional job and answered all of our questions. As the case went along. I felt way more secure about things when he was my right hand man and I was able to contact him constantly. But now the claim is over and I truly miss his expertise and his opinion and advice. Adam is a very down-to-earth person, an old country boy and a family man. His family standing behind him is what makes him so fantastic at his job. I would truly recommend. Adam to help you through any claim process you have because without him you're in big trouble. The insurance companies have a way with playing games, stalling claims, not answering questions, avoiding questions avoiding you completely and Adam doesn't allow that to happen. If it wasn't for him, I probably would have leaped over a long time ago but he walked us through every step and did the very best he possibly could. He went over the top with our claim and I could tell that he really cared about The outcome not so much for himself but for us. Our claim took a year and a half and it was a very long year and a half and dealing with the insurance company was 10 times worse than the actual fire. I would never recommend State farm for an insurance company and I wish I would have known back then what I know now but at least we had Adam in our corner and I truly feel very blessed to have gotten to know him and I miss him as our adjuster. You will soon realize that insurance company will go quiet , ask for things to delay the claim , then delay again and again. Delay/ Deny /Defend is REAL!!! Adam’s work on my claim was flawless. He emailed countless times to have resolution with my insurance. Adam is directly connected with lawyers and I was able to hire one immediately after  4 months . Then 8 months and days from litigation with my insurance to sue , My insurance company responded with a reasonable offer 1st time no need to negotiate !!!! My story: we were a few days from finishing a years-long home project when a fire burned it down.  After years of work—a real labor of love—we were stunned, confused and dealing with a reality that was both heartbreaking and scary. We had never gone through any kind of major accident and were worried about so many different problems. How to navigate rebuilding after a fire? How to clean up not only the mess but the toxicity created by the fire (as I am health compromised)? How to explain to our insurance company that our project would not cost the bare minimum but would be expensive to restore back to its original state? Hiring Adam, we suddenly had someone totally on our side and available to answer questions related to all these different aspects of our problems...and more. He's not only dogged and professional, Adam is a very kind, honest, good person. He is a bulldog (his words!) in his fight and determination to help you—but he also has a heart of gold. We needed both, to tell the truth. Dealing with a disaster is a scary and emotional process. It is also technical and can make or break you financially. Fast forward: we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Not only has Adam steered the ship and already succeed getting us a huge chunk of our insurance coverage to allow us to meaningfully move forward on schedule (we are still working on the remaining sum but I full confidence in him) but he advised us wisely and with compassion and wisdom and the strength of long experience through these tough times fraught with substantial worry, anxiety, and uncertainty. Adam has worked in construction, insurance claims, and even for EPA. Only someone with his truly extensive, long-term, and broad-ranging experience in the field could have guided us so expertly.
